Frozen Jackfruit (known as Frozen Jackfruit in English) is highly nutritious. As a result, it is widely used in the preparation of various food products. Frozen Jackfruit and Its Nutritional Value
Currently, there are two main varieties of jackfruit used for freezing: Bang Leaf Jackfruit and Thai Jackfruit. Among them, Thai Jackfruit has a skin that transitions from green (when unripe) to light yellow (when ripe) and emits a fragrant aroma. Thai Jackfruit has many large, thick, and vibrant orange-yellow segments with small seeds. When eaten, Thai Jackfruit has a moderate sweetness and a crispy texture. On the other hand, Bang Leaf Jackfruit differs from Thai Jackfruit in that its segments are larger and have a lighter yellow color. Both varieties are highly suitable for freezing.
